Let's look at it this way...
Let's say there were two real estate agents...
Both have been around for the same amount of time (they have the same experience), they have both sold around the same amount of properties and charge the same amount of commission.
Everything is the same...
The one difference is...
Real Estate Agent A has a podcast, a massive following on social media and has just written a book on the subject.
Real Estate Agent B has none of the above.
Who is most likely going to attract the most customers?
Real Estate Agent A!
Because they have more authority in the market. They are more well known, and they are known as an expert!
Now, let's say Real Estate Agent A bumped up their prices...
Who gets the most business now?
Still, Real Estate Agent A, because people assume he's doing a much better job, and thus, will cost more...
So, what are you doing about your authority?
