I grant Yakk Digital Marketing and client (as named above) license and rights to use, as they may desire, all video, photos, audio in any media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory), which may include, among others, advertising, promotion and marketing.

I agree that the content may be combined with other images, text, wording, illustrations, graphics, film, audio and may be cropped, altered or modified. I acknowledge and agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and will be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland. Any legal action arising out of in respect to this release shall be brought only in the Courts of the State of Queensland.

I acknowledge that my appearance in content constitutes part of my appearance and that I shall not be entitled to any compensation for such. I understand that I do not have any interest in the copyright to the content nor shall I receive any further payment. I hereby waive any right to additional compensation and/or residual payments. I am over 18 years old. (Actors / models who are under 18 years of age must provide evidence of consent by a parent or guardian to this model release.) I further acknowledge that I have read this release in its entirety, I fully understand it, and have resolved to my satisfaction all questions concerning its content.

I understand that on the shoot and in the content created, I represent Yakk and/or their client, and not any other business while completing assignments for Yakk. I will not advertise or solicit work for myself or my business. I will not use any confidential information or content created for my own purposes, except as authorised by Yakk. Any posts to social media or other public promotion may only be made once the project has been publicly launched, with credit / tags to Yakk. I will not directly tag the end client and/or company without written permission from Yakk.
